In-Store Purchases

  • Customers purchasing products directly from our pickup store must check the product thoroughly in front of the sales agent before confirming the purchase.
  • Once the product has been received and taken out of the store, no exchange or return will be entertained, unless the product includes a warranty. In such cases, issues will be handled under the applicable warranty terms.

Online Orders

  • If any manufacturing defect or problem is found after delivery, the customer must inform the hotline within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • In the event of receiving a defective item, the customer must bring the product to any of our physical stores, where our experts will evaluate it and take the necessary steps for replacement if deemed necessary.
  • If the issue is reported within 3 days of receiving the product, customers will be eligible for a full replacement or exchange with any other available product.
  • If the ordered product is not in stock, and not received within 10 days, the customer will receive a full refund.
  • If an issue is reported within the valid time, and the product needs to be returned, the return shipping charge will be borne by us:
    • Inside Dhaka: ৳70
    • Outside Dhaka: ৳130
  • In all such cases, the customer must send the product via courier or deliver it to the store in person.

Product Misordering / Change of Mind

  • If the product is no longer needed, was ordered by mistake, or multiple orders were placed unintentionally, the customer may request a refund or exchange, only if the product is fully intact and unopened.
  • If the product box is opened or damaged, no return, refund, or exchange will be accepted under any circumstances.

Customer Responsibility and Delivery Condition

  • For any type of claim, the customer must send the product back to our office at their own responsibility.
  • If a warranty issue is reported but the product is not delivered to our office within the provided safe time, the warranty will be void.
  • After 3 days of receiving the product, all warranty claims will be processed as regular warranty, and the customer will bear delivery charges both ways.

Product Compatibility

  • If a product is ordered and received correctly based on the given specifications, but later found to be incompatible with the customer’s device or setup, no exchange or refund will be accepted.
  • Customers are strongly advised to verify compatibility before placing orders.

Courier and Delivery Guidelines

  • If the product or its packaging appears broken or tampered with upon delivery, customers are advised not to receive the item from the courier service.
  • If the customer accepts a courier-damaged product, the customer assumes full responsibility, and no complaint will be entertained afterward.
  • For any claim of missing or damaged product after accepting delivery, a full unboxing video is mandatory as proof. Without this, no claim will be accepted.

Refund Processing Time

  • In valid cases, refunds will be processed within 3 to 10 working days after receiving the returned product.
  • For online payments, processing may take longer depending on the payment gateway and method.

Refund Charges

  • For Bkash, online, or POS payments, a refund charge will be applicable and deducted from the total amount.
